When Brian becomes host to a phallic/dookie looking creature that secretes a narcotic blue substance and gets hooked, we see his life begin to fall apart as the demands of his symbiote send Brian on a downward spiral and leave him torn between being in bliss and party to a murderous creature or doing the right thing.
